Withdrawals

Log in, go to Cashier → Withdraw, select your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or card), enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. Withdrawals can only go to payment methods registered in your own name. If you haven't completed KYC yet, you'll be prompted to do so before the first withdrawal is processed. KYC typically takes under 24 hours.

Easypaisa and JazzCash: typically 10–30 minutes after submission. NayaPay and SadaPay: usually within 1 hour. IBFT bank transfers: same business day if submitted before 3pm PKT, otherwise next business day. Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on your bank. Yes. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 across all available methods.
